Subscription Terms, Conditions and Disclosures

This document describes the terms, conditions and disclosures of the Wood Badge Ticket Tool ("WBTT") Subscription Plan ("Subscription").

WBTT will provide You with the ability to track and record your progress as you "work your ticket". You can use this tool to record your progress, upload evidence of completion of tasks, as well as other documents, photos, etc. Your use of this web application requires either a free trial, or an active subscription.

Payment of subscription fee is made by the billing source authorized by You in accordance with the payment terms to which You agreed. WBTT reserves the right to increase or decrease the subscription fee for each renewal subscription term effective upon renewal of Your subscription. Subscription is not transferable. If You have an individual subscription, only You may use the subscription. If you have a family subscription, only You and Your immediate family may use the subscription. "Immediate family" means You, Your spouse and children living at Your home.

Terminations and Cancellation. You may terminate Your subscription at any time. If you joined online, you can cancel Your subscription online as specified in your online subscription confirmation email. Your cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of Your cancellation notice.

Governing Law and Arbitration. Your subscription is governed and controlled by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from or related to Your subscription shall be resolved by binding, non-appealable arbitration conducted in accordance with the Rules of American Arbitration Association in Newnan, Georgia. This provision shall survive the termination of Your subscription and shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.
